Up for auction is this very clean one owner fleet maintained 2010 FREIGHTLINER SPRINTER 3500 COMMAND CENTER.

This unit was designed for the specific needs of law enforcement undercover task force. The cost of the equipment was over $135. a rel="rel nofollow" href="000. 00" target="_blank">000. 00 and was purchased new.

This Sprinter is powered by a Mercedes Diesel 3. 0 6 cylinder BlueTec SCR Diesel Eng. with AdBlue and a 5-Spd Automatic Transmission. This Command Center has only 1980 original miles and has a built in generator powering the surveillance equipment. Built and Designed Specifically for the needs of Law Enforcement Mobile Command Center.

NOTE: We are not experts in the operation in this high tech surveillance equipment.
We did test the equipment manually with the extension/power adapter and the equipment does function: TV's. Monitors. Refrigerator. Rear AC Unit (working cold). etc.

The batteries are located under the seat. We are including a brand new in the box Power Distribution Box (Power Transfer Switch) and some of the batteries will need replacing.

All Electronic repairs should be made by a Certified Qualified Technician before operating as a command center unit.

This unit has dark tinted windows and does not include the police lights in the lenses. They have been removed!

We require a $500 deposit at auction's end or up to four hours upon receipt of offer acceptance.    There will be no refunds on deposits.   All sales are final with no refunds.   All items purchased are sold AS IS with NO WARRANTY either expressed or implied.

Shipping:

Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.   If you would like a shipping quote ask us prior to bidding. We will be glad to arrange shipping at the buyer's expense.

Fees and Taxes

We ask that you please contact our office within four hours of your purchase!  Taxes are applicable to the county and state which the purchaser resides.   All county surtax will be collected at the time of sale.   A temporary tag fee will be issued when applicable.   You must be 18 years of age to purchase without a co-signer.  There will be a $150 Administrative charge for all purchases.  All titles are mailed Federal Express or Express Mail Signed Receipt.  

Out of State Buyers:  Will be charged a percentage of Florida Sales Tax and the Remainder to be paid in your state upon registration.

If you are not taking possession of the vehicle in Florida you will not be responsible for Sales Tax in Florida.   If you are Transporting the vehicle to your state. you will be exempt from Florida Sales tax.   

IMPORTANT NOTE:  If you are from a non-recipical sales tax  state of West Virginia. Mississippi or Arkansas you will be responsible for Florida Sales tax and the sales tax in your home state if you are not transporting the vehicle.

TRANSPORTING:   Transporting is the responsibility of the buyer.   If you require assistance. let us know.   Call our office at least five hours prior to having your transporter pick up the vehicle.   All paperwork must be completed and received by our office prior to release of the vehicle.   If you are hiring your own transporter. we will hold the vehicle for 15 days.    After 15 days there will be a $10 per day storage fee unless alternative pickup arrangements are made prior to purchasing on ebay.

We are located in the small lake community of Lake Placid in Highlands County. Florida.   Upon arriving at the airport. nbsp;please use either  Hertz or Enterprise. preferably Enterprise for your car rental.   We offer complimentary pickup from Enterprise in Sebring!  

The Orlando and Fort Myers airport are appx. 80 to 90 miles.  If you prefer to be picked up at the airport via taxi/airport pickup call the office and we will be glad to assist with the arrangements. We use several airport transport companies which are available in Fort Myers.
