Very few Celica Supra 2. 8i remain. Rarer than a Ferrari. less common than a Porsche of the year.
No more than three hundred Celica Supras were on the road in the early '80s so if you ever see one now. it will be a fleeting glimpse. Supra styling is hard line and neat. Bonnet is longer. lower and meaner than the 2-litre Celica ST. and incorporates quick-acting pop-up headlights.
0-60mph in 8. 3 seconds from a 2. 8 twin cam. fuel injection engine with capabilities of 168bhp at 6. 00 rpm and over 135mph **importers performance figures**
A slick 5-speed gearbox. Rack and pinion steering with variable power assistance and tilt adjustable column.

The Celica Supra "L" is a very rare Toyota these days. Ideal classic car for investment.
I'm selling my rare classic Supra. owned by me for the past eleven years with genuine documented low mileage 48. 60 miles recorded with a full MOT without advisories. Serviced at 36. 54 miles at which time the timing belt was replaced. Last serviced 19/08/11 at 48. 59 miles. Dry storage since with only 501 miles driven since.
She is in very good condition for the year. starts and runs a dream. Obviously with a car of this age there are one or two pattination markings and has very little rust. The electric antenna recently stopped working. I expect with lack of use. but everything else on the car works as it should at the moment. Two ignition keys present and immobiliser installed.
