1965 Shebly Daytona Coupe FFR Type 65 with Ford crate motor for sale

Factory Five Racing Type 65 Coupe. professionally built in excellent condition.   This car has power brakes. power steering as well as air conditioning so driving anywhere will not be an exercise in futility.   Full comfort anywhere you go.   The paint is a vibrant Indigo Ink mica blue that just "POPS" in the sunlight.   It is also 9. 9 out of 10 in condition.  

          The interior has correct full Stewart Warner Vintage gauges as well as adjustable seat sliders for any size driver.   Leather covered dash and transmission tunnel. Leather seats.  It is also carpeted as is the rear compartment. Full halo roll cage with diagonal support. Simpson racing belts. Correct wood grained steering wheel and lexan windows.

         In the engine bay there is a 302 crate motor  cooled by custom Griffen radiator with HEI ignition that has Cobra valve covers. aluminum intake and a 600 holly DP.   FFR custom headers exiting into Dual sidepipes.   Power disc brakes. power steering. and air conditioning have been added to this package also.   All transferred to the 4 link rear end via a Tremmeic 3550 T5 manual transmission. Strong and confident drivetrain.

         The car weighs 2300lbs with a horsepower to weight ratio of roughly 7:1.   It will get up and go.   It is also constructed on a 4" round  drawn over mandrel 1020 tube frame.   Is sits on Cobra R rims with new rubber all the way around. Electric in tank fuel pump with inertia safety switch that will disable the pump in the event of and impact.  

          The paint is gorgeous. the blue is a beautiful color with artic white stripes. the decals are static cling and can be removed is so desired. this car shows beautifully and is quite the attention getter.   It has been a pleasure to own and drive this car. everyone wants to take a picture of it.
