Welcome to our auction for  a Jaguar XJS 3. 6 Automatic finished in Bordeaux Red metallic with cream leather piped with red.

We are David and Cameron from Highview Cars. a long established (20 years) used car trading company based in Enfield north London. We have sold hundreds of cars successfully on ebay from 2002 onwards. we have a 100% rating for all of our cars that we've ever sold and have never received a negative feedback. We do not sell many cars on ebay any more as it was becoming increasingly difficult to keep standards and service as high as we did and make any money. particularly when the recession bit. However when we have an interesting car come our way that deserves some extra attention from us. we use ebay.

This is a Jaguar XJS 3. 6 Automatic it was first registered on the 28/02/1990 and is a 'G' registration. It has covered just 71000 miles which is backed up by service history and previous Mot's

The paintwork is excellent. there is no rust or damage anywhere. it has a deep shine and the chrome work and bumpers and other trim are all in excellent condition. The original wheels are superb with tyres that are all have plenty of wear left in them.  

The interior is all original and is in excellent condition. there is no wear to the carpets or the upholstery and the walnut fascia centre console and door cappings are all in excellent condition. Often XJS's of this year can have interiors that look scruffy but the interior of this car is superb.

This car drives superbly. the six cylinder engine is silky smooth. the gearbox and transmission work perfectly and the suspension. brakes and steering are all excellent. There are no nasty noises. creaks or rattles. In other words it drives as a low mileage. well cared for Jaguar should.

The XJS was and still is an iconic car. this model and engine option is in our opinion is the nicest and most practical XJS to own as opposed to the slightly later versions that were redesigned to look more modern but ended up looking awkward and cumbersome in comparison to this 1990 pre-facelift model. Lower mileage examples of XJS's are increasing in value year on year. if this car is looked after. we feel it will prove to be a sound investment.
