Very reluctant sale of 'Rosie'. my 850cc Morris Mini.
I have owned her for just over 4 years and she has been used very sparingly - she has had 3 former keepers. She is showing under 25k miles and this is believed genuine.  She comes with an extensive folder of history including her original bill of sale. She turned 40 years old this year and so will be Road Tax except as of April 2017.  She has MOT until June 2017.
She is largely as she left the factory. with some subtle additions such as the mini-lite wheels and wheel arches being added by the previous owner.  She also has a centre console and stereo however this could easily be removed if the next owner would like to return closer to original.  She also has a polished rocker cover.
She is a lovely solid car in amazing condition and attracts attention wherever she goes.  She is a member of the family and has been used in several weddings as a bridesmaids car. She still has her original engine and head. and as such I use a fuel additive for protection as she was built to run on leaded petrol.  She could of course be converted to unleaded to run without an additive but it seemed a shame to remove the head while she is running so well.
She also still has drum brakes all round as per the original specification. She is very much loved but unfortunately not used as much as she should. hence I can no longer justify keeping her.
There is no doubt much I have forgotten - she really does need to be seen. but I'd ask please only arrange a viewing if you are serious and ready to buy.  Likewise I am happy to answer questions and provide further info to such genuine buyers.
