Hello up for sale is my stunning 1957 Chevy Bel Air 2 Door. it is a genuine Bel Air from the factory. not a clone.

 

Details are as follows….

 

Red exterior with white fins. widely considered the most popular and iconic colour on a 57 Chevy.

 

The bodywork and paint is in very good condition with only a few small imperfections on the paint which aren't too noticeable.

 

All chrome very good.

 

Underneath is in amazing condition. almost as nice underneath as it is on top.

 

350 V8. good smooth strong running engine. always starts well when cold and quite quick for such a big old car. drives fantastic.

 

Holley carburettor. i've just had it tuned and the timing set up properly.

 

Edelbrock intake.

 

Edelbrock air cleaner.

 

New dual stainless steel exhaust system and headers. has a really nice rumble.

 

Electric fan.

 

New fuel tank.

 

Recently upgraded to power disc brakes on the front so it now stops much better than it would have done back in 57.

 

3 speed Turbo 350 Automatic transmission. column shift. shifts perfect and also kicks down as it should when flooring it.

 

15" American Racing Torq Thrust II alloy wheels in very good condition.

 

Cooper Cobra tyres all with good tread on them.

 

Brand new interior obviously in really excellent condition. it is like stepping back into 1957 when you sit in the car.

 

All gauges work.

 

UK Registered.

 

Road tax exempt.

 

MOT exempt.

 

So to conclude. although not concourse this is an amazing car in excellent all round condition and is ready to enjoy. the attention the car gets wherever it goes is unbelievable and is not for the shy. it's quite a well known car at the summer shows.

 

These 2 door 57 Bel Air's are sky rocketing in value and I doubt you could import a similar one cheaper than mine so grab yourself a bargain. the 57 is arguably the most popular year of the Tri-Chevy and is the one everyone wants. especially as a 2 door. 2017 will be the 60th anniversary of the 57 Chevy so it's expected there will be a lot of interest in these cars at shows etc.

 

Viewings welcome however please only come to view the car if you are serious about buying it. please no dreamers or timewasters.
