                                                   "The Real Thing"This is a Genuine 1971 Dodge Challenger R/T featuring its "Born With" factory HD Nu-Process 4spd trans.  1971 was the last year of the R/T badge and it is way rarer in '71 as only around 7. 00 R/T's were built in that year as opposed to nearly double that in 1970. This particular car is finished in its original high impact colour of B5 Blue with a nice black interior which also features a full console. allye Gauges and that "AWSOME" Hurst Pistol Grip shifter(Standard on all Manual R/T's). Under the hood it has a . on matching. 440 magnum with some nice upgrades including: Edlebrock carb. Torker Manifold and Purple Shaft cam which gives it a great Rumble out the back. Engine Starts and runs perfect with heaps of power and no issues whatsoever. The rear end is the "Huge" Dana 60 Posi with a nice 3. 5 ratio for street and strip. Also the Exhaust is as new with a great note and those Cool 4 outlet chrome tips exiting the rear. The Car has been here since 2006 and was restored here in Aus. around 2-3 years ago where any damaged or rusty parts were replaced not repaired infact the body work cost over $20. 00 alone to complete. It also has the original fender tag. oor tag and cowl stamping for authenticity. All wheels and tyres were imported new from the US along with many of the replacement trim and body parts. This is one rare and very nice REAL R/T that comes with full NSW rego and is ready for Show or Go.
