This started life as a Ford Escort 1300L 2dr with f/glass arches the shell is rot free one or two small scabs here and there but it is very good. ts now fitted with a Lotus twin cam engine built by one of Burton. of Illford men its been on a dyno and produced 141hp & 139ft/lbs

New  parts fitted to engine:- Vernier cam pulleys & chains
                                             High lift cams & buckets
                                             Head ported. reasure tested. evelled
                                             Burton quick change water pump/front cover
                                             High volume oil pump
                                             Alternator
                                             High torque starter
                                             Bestek distributor/elec ignition
                                             Twin Webber 45's
                                              Radiator+electric fan     
                                              Ashley 4 branch exhaust manifold

Engine has been stripped hot washed painted and assembled with new bearing and piston rings. fitted with type 9 5 speed gearbox. alloy bell housing. new ap racing clutch assembly. uick shift. lloy g/box mounts. lutch & speedo cable. ing gear

At the rear new:- Single leaf springs
                            Shock absorbers
                            Rear disc conversion
                            Prop shaft
                            Lowering blocks
                            Poly bushes
                           

At the front new:-World cup x/member
                          Quick rack+ alloy mounts
                          Track control arms
                          Steering joints
                          Vented discs(2. 8 Capri)
                          Type 16 calipers
                          S/steel  hoses
                          Springs
                          Gas inserts

Basically all thats left to do is the bodywork and interior. I was going to remove the arches put back to standard and respray white and put the seats back to standard black with carpets . ll the had work is done. The tyres have done 40 miles   alloys are Compomotive
