1972 Chevrolet Chevelle

1972 Chevelle SS. this car is just bad to the bone! Almost everything has been replaced and upgraded! All that it could use is a better paint job. it's not horrible but you can tell it was not quality. But that means you can paint it the color of your choice or just drive it as is! This car runs great and sounds great! It has a newly rebuilt small block 406 with a very aggressive cam this thing gets up and goes! Has the red anodized Quick Fuel 750 carburator. The car just sounds absolutely awesome! Over 10k spent on motor and transmission! The 3 inch exhaust  with "X" pipe and the big cam just screams here I am! Nice loppy idle and just comes alive at open throttle! It also has a new Jegs street/strip transmission with a 3500 stall converter. All new disk brake setup with drilled and slotted rotors and new chrome master cylinder and booster. Also has brand new upper and lower tubular control arms! It also has an under dash a/c system installed with a brand new condenser and compressor but the compressor is not installed yet. It just needs a bracket to mount it to the motor. Also has new a/c vents in dash! has an MSD box and Accel super coil. For braking assistance it has a brand new vacuum motor and canister. All aluminum 3 core radiator and chrome dual fan setup! It has new weather seals plus I also have extra ones to install so it will have all new door. trunk. and other various seals. The interior is ALL new with a new dash pad. new headliner. new seat covers (the front is a custom seat from TMI with bolsters and is much more comfortable and sporty). new carpet. new SS floor mats. new rear deck. New radio and speakers. new knobs. all new door panels and arm rests. and I am sure there is more I just can't think of right now. It also has brand new wheels and tires. the fronts are 15x7 rears are 15x10 with 235/60/15 in front and 295/50/15 in the rear. It has a brand new custom trunk carpet with the Chevelle logo stitched in! Has a brand new Pipes 3 inch exhaust system front to back with stainless headers. New Optima red top battery! As you can see the list goes on and on. I know there is more but you get the idea. The floors and rockers. tc are solid with no rust as is the rest of the car. There are a few dings and dents here and there but nothing major. This car is a steal for what I am asking all the parts mentioned were all installed in the last three months. Grab it at this price while you can because if it doesn't sell. I am painting it just to take it to that last level. and I am sure I will be able to get a whole lot more for it. Excellent investment!  Justwanted to add that this is not just a thrown together car or engine tranny combo. I own a shop and did all the work professionally. The motor is a drag strip SBC 400 bored out to a 406 no expense spared! Pump the gas once and fires right up!This motor was originally going to go into a fully tubbed and big tire C10. But I thought it would be sick in this Chevelle. The motor has rare Chevy Bowtie heads(worth almost 1k by themselves). huge cam. super damper. quick fuel carb. Mallory distributor. MSD ignition. MSD wires. huge sump oil pan. plus lots more. he best of the best. If you know engines then you know the price of the parts I just listed are at least 3 grand. then add all the accessories and cost of the block build and you start to see all the money invested. just in the motor alone! Also the transmission is not a rebuild. it is a brand new street/ strip transmission  Th350 bought directly from Jegs with new stall converter and shift kit (over 3 grand). This car is no joke and will smoke the tires with little effort at all. My reserve asking price is a 10k loss for me on this car and it's not going any lower. so jump on this before someone else does. because someone is going to get a hell of a deal whether you keep it or flip it. I have friends that want this car so bad but do not have the cash right now. they think I am absolutely crazy to let this car go for what I am asking.
