1965 Split Kombi Panelvan Project Needs Work in NSW

Selling my splity to fund other projects. t still needs work and im over working on it. he brand new carbs leaking was the last straw.

New parts inc. ights head. ail. surrounds have surface rust)indicators. interior. oor and window rubbers. safaris. isors(inner and outer). hifter. ccelerator pedal. edal rubbers. arpets. oor trims. oor handles. ash handle. irrors. witches. ony stereo inc cd/usb head deck. . 5"splits. x9"speakers. buttybits accelerator kit. ll cables handbrake. ccelerator. lutch. peedo. all new brake wheel cylinders. aster cylinder. brake shoes. rake hoses. ear shocks. heel bearings front. badges. uel flap lock. ailgate lock. exhaust. izzy. oil. uel hoses. ir cleaners. djustable beam kit(installed). ype 3 trans kit(installed)inc new trans mount. rive shaft boots(blue). nder dash wiring re done using a hotrod kit. o new relays and fuses. ires. ubcaps. ear bumper. wiper motor rebuilt and 12volt. new tires.

Work done includes. ust repairs. nner and outer sills both sides. utriggers. acking points. ront nose(full)inc inner nose support. ront cab floor. eft front dogleg.

Other work as stated above. adjustable front end. ype 3 trans. ay window tank(larger) with new sender unit. Paint and body work are not the best. ould benefit from a cut and polish and do have a few liters of paint. rans is a good running used unit. ype 3 trans(wide5 brakes)1300 beetle engine with new 1600 barrels. istons. ew heads. nd new dual carb set up(one carb needing new diaphram so not running atm).

Interior is nice and neat. ll carpets inside rear. new recovered door trims. nc walls in back. eats are not VW. hey are jap buckets. ot recovered but good cond. new lap seatbelts. ill need bolting in properly.

Bus was running and driving. ay need some things adjusted as not been driven much since everything renewed.

Bus will also need engine tinware seal. ront shocks. as missing. as new outer wiper arms and pivots. nc safari wiper kit already installed. would also recommend having the front spindles rebuilt and flipped.

Bus is currently not registered.

Orthough most of the bus is new. ts not perfect. s with anything 50 years old. d prefer you to come and inspect first. s no warranties will be given. f you want a perfect one then this one isnt for you.

Things i know it will need to drive

*one carb needs new diaphram as was leaking. /p>

*one axle tube needs new seal as leaking. /p>

*Shifter rod could use new bracket as was damaged. as been welded up to get into gears but best replace and install new bushing.

*general tune.
