WHAT A LITTLE GEM!! - THE LAST OF THE ORIGINAL SUZUKI LJ SERIES. THIS IS A 1980 MODEL AND WAS EXPORTED TO MALTA NEW. HENCE THAT FACT IT HAS SURVIVED SO WELL.
HIGHLY COLLECTIBLE!! -  NOT THE FASTEST CARS (PROBABLY WONT KEEP UP WITH MOTORWAY TRAFFIC) HOWEVER. WAS THE PREFERRED 4WD CHOICE FOR SERIOUS OFF ROAD DUTIES. DUE TO ITS LIGHTWEIGHT AND NIMBLENESS. THEY WERE MAINLY FOR HOME MARKET IN JAPAN AND AUSTRALASIA. CANADA. MALTA - NONE WENT TO USA - THIS IS WHY THEY ARE NOW SO VERY VERY HARD TO FIND.
 TOTALLY GREAT FUN TO DRIVE. ALL 4WD / 2WD WORKS. FITTED WITH THE F10A ENGINE WITH SLIGHTLY MORE POWER AT 970CC THIS REALLY IS A BEAUTY. PICTURE 3 SHOWS CANVASS DOORS FITTED. FULL CANVASS ROOF AND ROOF BARS ARE PRESENT AND WILL BE ERECTED TO SHIP THE CAR. STARTS ON THE BUTTON. CHASSIS STILL SHOWING ORIGINAL YELLOW PAINT. 74. 00 MILES ON THE CLOCK ALL ORIGINAL LEAF SPRINGS ETC (PEOPLE USED TO CUT THE CHASSIS TO FIT COIL SPRINGS).
