British classic Rover 80 p4 British classic Rover 80 p4 Welcome to the sale of my Rover 80 P4. this is a true British beauty. first owned by a Knight of the realm this car has had only 4 previous keepers over its 55 years. and documented 81800 miles from new!
Its a lovely car. very original. folder full of invoices and a detailed service book. this car has just been fully serviced and fettled for this sale. please sit back and enjoy my detailed video tour. If you like your British classics you will love this car.
The Rover P4 was real quality car of its time. built with the very best materials and experienced hands. a true testament to British engineering of the 1950’s motoring era. the car included front disc and servo assisted brakes. Overdrive with kick down. resulting in a car still able to keep up with modern day traffic.
My P4 is one of 5900 Rover 80’s built between 1959-1962. they were the first Rover to introduce the then new 4 cylinder 2. 3 overhead valve engine. shared by the Land Rover series 2.
Now very rare I have checked with (How Many Left web-site). according to their DVLA link there are 185 cars registered on the UK roads in 2016.
This is now a very rare car!
With a full History of owners!
I would love to keep this car. however the wheels of commerce need to turn. money always required for the next classic project. I know the new owner will be very pleased with this car.

4 cylinder OHV 2. 3 petrol
4 speed manual transmission with Overdrive- (fully working. inc kick down).
Fully serviced. oiled and greased.
Unleaded conversion cylinder head. the original head will come with the car.
Works just completed - Replace all Carburettor jets. rear hub seals. head lamps and bulbs. re-waxoiled the very solid and original under body.
Every oil and coolant replaced.
Full V5 Log book is present and in my name.
