This 1967 Chevelle 300 is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. The Chevelle was intended to compete with the Fairlane and was suppose to reflect a car similar in size to the Classic Tri Five of the decade prior. They would go down as being some of the most memorable cars of our time. Available in a number of offerings in not only body style but engine and transmission as well. You could get anything from a base model 300 coupe with a 194 CI inline 6 with a 3 on the tree to a 4 door wagon with a 327 and a 4 SPD. If you wanted it chances are it could be found in a Chevelle. With its classic COKE bottle styling the 66 and 67 models were instant hits and have stood the test of time. This 67 was purchased at Mecum fresh off a full rotisserie restoration. The body is in very good condition with a period correct Nantucket blue paint job with a red pinstripe just to break things up a bit. The factory drums were replaced with a full disc set up now being used. The classic chrome torq thrust wheels only add to the exterior beauty of this classic. Under the hood is a fresh GM 350 crate motor putting out a believed to be 300 ponies. The super clean engine bay will let you pop the hood at the next car show with pride. The T-10 Saginaw 4 speed keeps the shifts nice and precise while bringing the fun factor tenfold. Open the door and the freshly wrapped bench seat is definitely a throwback to 1967. Covered in the period correct medium blue vinyl this 300 is exactly the way it was when it left the factory.
