1981 Jeep J-10 4x4

Please read complete ad before bidding!  A retired gentleman purchased this brand new locally in the Los Angeles area and it was mainly used at their summer residence in Salmon. daho. It has the 258 6 cylinder backed by a automatic transmission. It has been off the road since around 2010. The motor was rebuilt and has less than 500 miles on it. The smog components were removed at that time. It runs ok and needs to be dialed in. The transmission shifts good also. It can easily be loaded onto a transporter. No visible leaks or smoking. It has a brand new battery and all the fluids are clean. It has Warn lockout hubs. nd the four wheel drive engages and the 4wd dash light works also. All the lights. orn and wipers work accordingly. It is equipped with both factory cruise control and A/C! The compressor engages but needs freon. The parking brake and both fuel tanks are working also. The interior looks pretty nice and unmolested for being 35 years old! It still has the factory Jeep floor mats! The headliner. oor panels. un visors. arpet and dash pad look great! The bench seat looks nice except for minor wear on the driver-side bolster (as shown). Even the factory AM-FM radio sounds good. The original Jeep owners manual. arranty booklets and old registrations are in the glove box. The J-10 sits on 119" wheel base. The original Olympic White paint with "Honcho" striping attracts a crowd! I was told that he did not like all the bold striping and he had the dealership remove it from the middle section when it was purchased new. The glass and grille are in nice shape. The Olympic White paint does have "patina" but the body is very solid overall. The floors. ed and frame look great for its age. It is equipped with a sliding rear window and vinyl coated fiberglass tonneau cover with locks and keys. It has a vintage Goodyear spare tire and white wagon wheel located in the bed. The Pirelli Scorpion tires have good tread and are mounted on the factory wagon wheels with chrome center caps. This a neat truck overall to enjoy it as-is or restore it!
