1981 Jeep Pickup Truck 4X4 J10 258-6cyl.

    This 1981 Truck belongs to a good friend of ours.   We are listing it for him as he no longer uses it.   He retired from the Body Shop business a few years back.   He bought 12 acres so he thinks he is a rancher now.   He of course needed a truck to run his acreage.   He had me bid on this truck on the internet and we got it-Bought it out of Texas and had it shipped here. He has enjoyed it for several years and being a body man I guess he couldnt' let well enough alone. It was faded from Texas sun beating on it.   As our pictures show he put on a heck of a paint job on it.  It is very sharp.   Actually it is so sharp now he never wants to use it as a truck any longer so why not sell it-it makes sense.   He bought a beat up 05 chevy to use as a truck.   The Jeep truck is dependable and there are things he has recently done to truck that he asked me to mention in the ad.   Tires are good. he did rebuild the front end.   New brakes. new starter.   Also a new radiator.   Truck has high and low range and is a 4 speed.   The 258 six is strong and has plenty of power.   Clutch is very good and makes a bit of chatter mainly in low gear taking off. we use second and it is smoother.   If you can come look at truck Great please do so. if not and need shipping we have a local professional trucking company who is a friend and he can give you a quote Call Jim at 831-840-3630 or try 812-539-2886.   He is bonded and fully insured.   BID AWAY JEEP LOVERS.   These are far and few between.   It is a very sharp paint job.   Questions call 812-584-4277
