 Here I have my Landrover for sale. I built this to use as an everyday vehicle and perform normal landrover duties; as in towing and carrying loads over the last 2 years. As anyone who knows landrovers. you either love them or hate them but they seem to grow on you. If you have never owned one. do your research or borrow one for a while.
In other words. don't expect to drive this home to the other side of the country at land speed records.
It does drive spot on. I've driven it up and down the country around 50 to 60 MPH all day. loaded and it is still running strong.
It's fitted with a 19J Turbo engine and LT77 gearbox. It's basically all 1989 Landrover county 110 with Morris minor fabricated to fit the original bulkhead and seat box.
Sounds simple but a lot of work involved.
It draws a lot of attention every where it goes & was featured in and on the front cover of Landrover World magazine in May 2013.
I'm very modest. so what they wrote about it. to me. was quite humbling.
I've been building odd ball cars and trucks for years and know the standards of the vehicle builds. so I only expect what I'd want to pay for the vehicle of this caliber.
A few modifications and a nice shiny new paint job could see a definite profit to sell the vehicle on.
So it's a great looking truck with many uses with the vibe of that time period.
