Everyone loves a 1966 Ford Mustang convertible. but when you can find one like this in its rare factory-correct colors. this pony car is a true standout at quite a nice price.


You can easily love the distinction of this handsome factory-correct U-code Tahoe Turquoise Metallic. It was not one of the main colors when new. and many have been switched over to more basic paints like red. so this hue is a true find. It's this Mustang's original color. but the modern application adds an extra luster that the factory never could in '66. Plus. the white vinyl folding roof gives the coupe a distinctively premium touch. But even with all this character that makes it valuable. the car also gets the fundamentals right. Gaps and alignment are up to factory standards. which already makes it a standout at most car shows. But then there's the brightwork. The mirror-like bumpers. the iconic Mustang "corral" up front. the complete trim. and the wire wheel covers all make this a very cool cruiser without being too flashy.


Just like the exterior. the interior did not bow to pressure for a more standard color over the decades. This makes the factory-correct two-tone aqua a unique feature that will draw attention at the car shows. The highly original interior presents especially nice today with the complementing dual colors on the bucket seats. door panels. and carpeting. There's even a matching center console that houses the gearshift for the three-speed automatic. You get the factory three-spoke steering wheel. Beyond that is the five-dial gauge panel became standard in 1966. which offers a sportier look and holds a complete set of gauges. Even the original AM radio is still in place! Droptops are all about having impressive interiors. and this one does it right.


Since the interior and exterior have not bowed to modern conformity. neither will the engine bay. Instead of an overblown V8. this cool cruiser keeps its original-style inline-six. Once we have received the funds. we will prepare the car for international shipment through one of our approved land and ocean carriers. We file all the necessary documents for export. deliver the car to a US port. secure it in containers and board an ocean carrier. We can land a vehicle to any port worldwide handling container traffic. We export cars regularly and are familiar with export requirements. You. or your agent. are responsible for Custom clearing the vehicle and registration in your own country.
