Up for consideration is a 1948 Ford 4 door Street Rod.
It has a 400 ci small block Chevrolet engine. a TH 350 automatic transmission. and a 9" Ford Rear Axle.
The front suspension is a Mustang II cross member kit with stock A-arms and torque struts and larger GM Disc Brakes. The original dash was replaced and customized with digital gauges.
It has a GM tilt column with a column shifter. It has rear suicide doors.
The car was built in the late 80's early 90's according to the previous owner.
The Good: The car is a driver. I often drive it 100 miles down the freeway trouble free.
Its very presentable and the ladies love the color.
It recently had 4 new tires because the old ones were rotten.
The Bad: The paint has some flaws. this is not a perfect show car. The doors need attention.
The outside handles were shaved. but the original latches are still operational from the inside.
The front door vent windows are missing for access. (I have the frames)
