Offered for sale at a dramatically reduced price "as is" as we need the room.

This is a beautiful example of a lovingly part restored. low mileage. 1956 Eldorado Seville. With only 93. 00 miles from new. this Eldorado is in fantastic overall condition. very clean! One top quality repaint around 12 years ago. Car was stripped. painted and rebuilt. Still has the original. nbsp;factory special order red/red interior in amazing original shape. Optioned with the famous batwing air cleaner and dual. four barrel Carter carburetors. Factory gold grille and gold Sabre wheels. This is a numbers matching vehicle.

The engine was re-built only about a year ago and has not been used much since. Although the car is very drivable the transmission NEEDS WORK. It is leaking and jumps back to second when you accelerate hard.

The cowl plate indicates that this is a SO 'Special Order' vehicle.   We know the seats are SO and there is no indication it ever had a vinyl roof like most of the Seville's.   The car also has solid fiberglass lower rear quarters. they are identical on both sides and appear factory. This is not due to rust as the car has had very little rust at all. Just a couple of minor inner sill repairs that we can see.

I have many photos and you are welcome to see the car by appointment at any time.

I have had a couple of questions re the transmission.   There is no problem driving the car as it is. When not in use. after a few weeks there is a pool of oil that appears to come from the transmission pan.

Driven normally it changes fine. when you accelerate hard. sometimes it jumps back to second unnecessarily.
