The gentleman I purchased this Sunbeam from indicated that he had refreshed the engine and suspension when the car showed o on the odometer. It now shows 11. 00 miles. Since owning this car for a little over two years I have had a blast bringing it back to a high quality driver that has won the local Brits on the Bay auto show here in MD. If you are looking for a 67 series V Alpine. they are fairly common and can be found here on eBay regularly but a nicely refurbished 1962 series ll is a real find. The draw to this car for me are the wings in the rear of the vehicle. They give the car that serious vintage look of the era when styling was all about the lines of the car.

The car runs great and is a total head turner wherever I go. Work I have done. I installed a new 2 barrel intake manifold for the new Weber 2 barrel progressive carburetor (also a new chrome air cleaner). I installed a new Hardi electric fuel pump. With this set up the car runs great and is really fun to drive. I also installed new KYB gas shocks in the front end along with new tie rods. Just had a front end alinement and it is dead on. I replaced the carpet and the floor pans are solid. so I used POR 15 on them to insure that they would stay that way. I put high tech insulation on the floors and then installed the new carpet. I just got the center console back from the upholsterer and he did a beautiful job. as you can see by the pictures. Mileage on car cannot be confirmed. Car is wired for a radio but does not have one. The vinyl top has a couple of holes in it and would need to be replaced if you wanted to show the car. but it would work if you repaired the two holes. I also have the hard to find support bars that go with the vinyl top. I never drove the car in the rain and it has been garage kept since I have owned it. The wheels have the wire wheel look but are not true wire wheels. The rear bumper and over-riders were chromed 6 months ago and look great. The front bumper and over-riders did not need chroming. Exhaust has chrome tips and sounds great. muffler is very nice. The paint is excellent driver quality and the car looks great. runs great. and would be a great car to go to shows or cruise around in.

My reserve on this car is far below what I have in it financially. not to mention the hundreds of hours of labor invested but it is time for a new project. Don't let this one get away. Send me any questions you can think of and I will go my best to get back to ASAP.

Thanks for looking and happy bidding!
