Buy this van in time for your Labor Day camping trip -- it is ready to go.  Here is your chance to own a true original survivor.  This 1989 VW Vanagon Westfalia Camper has been well kept by the same owner for the last 26 years.  The van is totally original and it works fantastically!  Has been camped in a few times over the last couple of summers and was thoroughly enjoyed by its occupants.  The van is a real eye catcher due to its excellent condition -- people will come up to talk to you about it wherever you go.   This van starts up immediately. does not smoke and runs just as it should.  Transmission shifts smoothly and brakes give a confident and powerful feel.  A fresh oil change was performed at 92. 49 miles on 7/15/16.  A new battery was installed a few weeks prior to that.  New rear hatch shocks are installed and roof vent lens and gasket were replaced also in July.  Tires are 3 years old but have not had many miles driven on them -- the van has accumulated less than 1000 miles over the last 3 years.  Pop top fiberglass is in great shape and canvas tent is without tears.
