1970 Dodge Dart hardtop

First let me say that i took this car in on trade. [IM NOT A DEALER ]by the way. So my son thought he had to have this car and now wants a newer car is the only reason we are selling and have other projects and don't need another car. Have a extremely nice 1970 dodge dart custom for sale. started life as a 225 6cylinder car in texas and has been stored in the dry ever since. but now a 73 duster/dart front K-member has been installed with disc brakes with large bolt pattern and new PST front end kit. rear has been upgraded to a 83/4 489 case 3. 23 sure grip that is all new with big bolt pattern as well. there is a laundry list of new items on the car such as new . shocks. brakes 11in in rear disc in front all new. new driveshaft brake lines front to rear and master and booster. radiator. rebuilt 727 transmission and new linesnew 318 0. 30 over with a 340 six pac grind cam. hv pump. direct connection covers. mopar distributor. carter carb rebuilt. headers. mini starter. performer intake. all new belts hoses. spark plug wires. new fan. basically everything i have seen is new or looks new to me on the car as the guy i got from was building for a power tour car and wanted this car reliable. car has brand new tires. new center caps and lugs. wheels have been powder coated and are very nice. motor holds great oil pressure and sounds really good. has chamber mufflers to the rear end. doors and trunk shut very nice. wiring looks new. grille. tail lights. side marker lights. umpers all in excellent shape!Interior is exceptionally nice for its age but does have a tear in drivers seat bottom but other wise very nice. has aftermarket stereo that works and has MP3 port. car has lots of the factory markings still present and is very straight and solid besides couple small door dings. floors are still showing factory paint and look new. same in trunk and jack looks brand new. you just don't find these this solid very often anymore that don't needs thousands in sheetmetal repair.  NEEDS. HEATER CORE REPLACED  noticed it started leaking other day NON-AC CARFRONT SWAY BAR   didn't have one with carglass is all original and in great shape including windshield. car starts runs and drives good. good title.
