Low Mileage Original 1966 Ford Mustang GT Take P/Ex Motorcyle

Thank you for looking at my GT Mustang. Some years ago I was searching stateside for a Fastback. but soon came to the conclusion that all the cars available for my budget were very mediocre in quality & largely unoriginal.
I came across this 3 owner GT Coupe in drystate Louisiana. tucked up dry & warm in a climate controlled garage. a middle aged couples parade day pride & joy.  After lengthy discussion with them. they had owned the car for the last 12 years. it appeared the original owner passed away & the family couldn't bear to part with the car due to it's sentimental value. therefore the car remained dry stored with little use for decades - hence the very low mileage.
It is a Original Factory built GT model with all the correct attributes pertaining to such.
The car is. & always has been. totally rustfree. Underside is in perfect condition. never undersealed & just as it left the production line.
Approximately a decade ago. the couple felt that after nearly 40 years of sunshine. the original paintwork had lost its shine & made the decision to have it professionally refinished in factory correct Silver Blue. The car still looks today like it's came out of a showroom. virtually flawless paint.  All body panels are original & date coded. none have ever been off the car. panel fit reflects original 1966 Ford mass production line standards.
All chrome / brightwork is original & in excellent condition.
The car has it's original 289 cu in. 4 Barrel. 225hp Motor. which looks never to have been out of the car. it starts. runs. sounds & drives perfectly as a low mileage car should.
Aside the steering wheel. the interior is all original & in excellent condition displaying the gentle patina you only get with passage of time. This car has the rare & desirable colour coded console & dealer supplied colour coded floor mats. (Original Steering Wheel Available)
The car is 50 years old. not concourse. nor brand new. but one of the most original unmolested & the rarest of 1966 Mustang Models left in the world.
Has the original 1966 Dealer Supplied Handbook / Manual / Service RecordsExpensive (Period Reproduction Mod) Radio Cassette fitted.

I have probably only driven a couple hundred miles in my ownership. plus trailering the car to a few local events & shows. Despite Having MOT'd every year I have never bothered road registering the car to date to avoid putting the mileage up. I will register the car for the new owner. will be on a 1966 year related 'D' plate ie - XXX ### D. takes around 14 days I understand.
If you have any doubts about buying. f you are put off by my wording. nbsp;Have not asked the wife yet. nbsp;Have another 3 cars to look at. on't have all the moneyOr you possess any other feeble excuses - do not bother to even enquire.

This is a rare. quality car. that is already fairly priced. If you're lucky enough to find an equivalent elsewhere for less. please go right ahead & buy it with my blessing.
