The Last Year of the Mighty C3 Corvette!!  

The last of the Vettes to retain the wonderful styling of the Mako Shark but with any imperfections ironed out.

I am offering this stunning matching numbers 1982 collector's edition corvette for sale. Metallic Silver beige with original turbine alloy wheels 

(unique wheels patterned after the 1967 model's bolt-on alloys).

Looks and sounds awesome. turns heads everywhere it goes. This is an extremely reliable and comfortable High Performance Muscle Car.

She is completely stock and has been extremely well cared for by her previous owner in the states. She runs and drives beautifully and has only 57. 47 miles from new. She has good oil pressure with no knocks and moves through her gears smoothly.

This car is extremely rare being a 1982 collectors (only 6. 59 were ever made) so will make a great investment. It sports many features that you will not find on the previous years. The car has a 350 small block (5. 7) with a “Cross-Fire Injection” fuel delivery system giving it better fuel economy and more usable power. It also has a 4 speed auto box (auto c3's are normally 3 speed). The 4 speed is much smoother with lower 1st and 2nd gears for quicker acceleration and an overdrive which reduces the rpm's by 30% on motorway driving.

I have owned many corvette c3's in my time and this is way the fastest I have driven yet. it also has a more weighted steering so it feels more like a sports car.

The collector's edition also has the full face-lift kit but also a hatchback rear window that can be opened so no more loading the boot through the car.

The model was produced to commemorate the end of the generation with separate serial number sequencing.

The car has been meticulously maintained. recently having completely new stainless handbrakes and cables. rebuilt rear brake calipers. new fuel pump fuse box. rebuilt vacuum system including new light actuators. New Anti-roll bars on both sides. it has also had a full service including plugs. oil. filters and brake fluid within the last year.

The car's spotless interior is the original collector's tri colour leather. with a brown carpet. The interior has been completely refurbished and also had new wooden dashboard inlays and a new wooden sports steering wheel fitted. (I also have the original leather steering wheel).

The car has mirror T top panels with the original leather storage covers.

The car has no leaks of oil or any other fluid. runs beautifully. drives beautifully and is ready to be driven and enjoyed.

Everything on the car works as it should. Even the original clock still works. The cars heating is fine and the AC is still intact but the belt has been removed. According to the previous owner it was removed to improve mpg and power but worked when the belt was removed. I wasn't bothered. so didn't put a new one on.

The car is completely original. to the extent that she even has the original owner's manual.

I have registered the car to be driven in the UK. She comes with all the normal Uk documents in my name. she has a fresh MOT and she is ready to be driven and enjoyed.
