1984 Ford Fiesta Mk2 Ghia - fully rebuilt XR3 engine dropped! for sale

Up for sale is my Mk2 Fiesta Ghia with many extras on offer. I've owned this car for little under 2 years now and what a great driving experience it has been. Very reliable. fun classic car; hasn't broken down on me once! Good investment prospects here as these are beginning to shoot up in value. This Ghia model comes with sunroof. rev counter. anti-roll bar. etc. Reason I'm selling is to raise funds for a new project.  

Specs as follows: 

- MOT till the end of the year 
- 9. 03 genuine miles! (rolled over) 
- Dropped in fully rebuilt XR3 engine & gearbox with RS Turbo clutch (receipts to prove rebuild) 
- Vented disc brakes and new pads 
- Braided stainless steel brake lines 
- Full Spax PSX suspension kit all around (worth in excess of +£400) 
- New tyres earlier this year. still in good condtion 
- Recaro seats 
- Sierra RS Cosworth gear-knob 
- Pepperpot alloys 
- XR2 front and rear bumpers 
- registered as 1. 1. cheap insurance 

Bad Points: 

- Small bump on corner of left wing (see photo) 
- Surface rust started to come through on bonnet and rear arches. No bubbling yet. still very much in it's early stages 

Mechanically very sound. This car has been used as my daily for the last 2 years and it has not missed a beat. Pulls and stops very well with no over heating (or any other) problems. It will need cosmetic/aesthetic attention to complete. As I mentioned before. surface rust in early stages; the car and chassis is solid throughout.
