1969 HT Holden Kingswood Station Wagon 186 3 speed manual

This was my first car. which I purchased in 1991 & has been in dry storage for the last 15 years.  

HT GTS dash. GTS bonnet (aluminium inserts will be included). Rare factory push-button radio. Rare NASCO genuine venetian blinds. Original Black & White number plates - not registered. Ute rear leaf springs. Disc brake front end (6 cyl). EA Falcon bench seat. Rust free doors. floor pan. window openings. dog legs. EF Falcon fuel filler door. Optional factory 2 speed heater. Tub professionally welded into body for LPG - tank & cradle included. rest of LPG system missing.   Engineer's Certificate to cover structural modifications. Factory tow bar.

Car is actually located in Anakie. not Lara (Lara was simply the closest town Ebay would recognize)

The 2 grey wheels in the photos do not come with the car as they belong to somebody else.

LPG was fitted to this vehicle but the under bonnet portion has been removed & is not included.  A tub has been professionally fully welded into the rear spare-wheel carrier section of the body.   Due to the structural nature of this modification. an Engineer's Certificate was attached to the vehicle.   This is a high quality fitment – the tub is made of comparatively thick steel & fully welded on all edges – no open gaps exist for either exhaust gas or dust to enter into the car.   A full-size unmodified petrol tank is therefore retained.   Vehicle is supplied with the LPG tank (90L / 81kg) & cradle to suit – both will bolt straight into place using existing holes. but are both have surface rust due to being left outside (unlike the rest of the car).   LPG tank will need to be re-certified due to it's age.   Spare wheel mounting carrier provided – bolts into interior of car. all holes are there. just bolt back into place!

Factory tow-bar fitted unmodified (the LPG tub was made to fit around it).

Original Black & White plates included – not registered.

Utility rear leaf springs fitted.

EA Falcon bench seat is fitted using the original bench seat mounting holes.   While needing re-trimming. this item alone makes the vehicle so much more of a pleasure to drive.   Carpet fitted but worn through on driver's side.   Aluminium checker plate cut & bent to shape to cover this area – provided but not fitted.

Shaved door handles right hand side – hammer welded.   I cut the door handle pressings out & made plates to fill the holes out of spare doors I had collected. then I had a panel beater professionally oxy weld & panel beat the doors to keep them straight.   All 4 doors have zero rust in them.   Right hand doors have zero filler in them and are straight.   Left hand doors have a number of light car-park dings in them.

Section cut out behind Right Rear wheel to repair rust – replacement section included (see photo – grey primer) which I found as a rust free piece in a wreck. so cut it out to weld into my car & had it bead blasted.

HT GTS dash – 98364 miles.   Chrome areas have been painted silver acrylic. so will need to be stripped before rechroming.

GTS bonnet – exceptionally straight. badge holes have been lead filled (not body filled).

Original RARE genuine option Push Button Radio – I have never tried to connect it. so no idea if it works!

Original NASCO rear venetian blinds – NOT reproductions!!!!  These have the rubber-dipped ends & a slightly different shape to each blade.

Many many spare parts provided including glass. panels & multiple copies of stainless steel stripping.   Numerous windscreen. wheel arch. vehicle side & door stainless steel moulds to select from – all included with vehicle.

1990 Corvette right side die-cast aluminium mirror fitted – matching left side mirror provided.

Doors. sills & floor-pan rust free.   Rust behind back windows has been repaired – zero body filler. MIG welded new steel in place.  

Disc brake front end (6 cylinder).   Front suspension had been rebuilt only a few years before I parked it in the shed. powder coated. new rubber bushes fitted but are now visibly perished on outside. used TRW ball joints in build. again 20 years old now but not many miles on them.

186 engine – was running well when I parked it. but has sat idle for the last 15 years.   Missing alternator. air cleaner & exhaust manifold.   Entire exhaust is missing from this vehicle.

3 speed all-synchro box with column shift.

Optional factory 2 speed heater (same as Premier) included but not fitted (was fitted. but removed as part of rebuild).

EF / EL Falcon fuel filler door welded into side of vehicle – including remote release solenoid & recessed LPG filler.

Custom work on Right Front door trim includes fitment of a EL Fairmont Ghia interior opening handle & Austin Healey Dash grab handle – both brand new items.
