MOT history to proof plus stamped original service book from new
Car is ready to be shown at classic car shows. that's how good the condition is !!not even any stone chips in the bonnet !

Comes with original service book. nbsp;all stamps but 1 from main dealer or Mercedes specialists. up to 47000 mls.
The car just had a set of new Bosch spark plugs fitted and a new set of high tension ignition leads at the 1. August and since pictures taken also a new rubber trim below the windscreen (common problem with all W126 as getting very ugly looking when the metal inside rusts and the rubber deteriorates and not available any more from Mercedes now). plus car comes with brand new under bonnet sound insulating liner and had a new rear light fitted as old one had minor damage.

Only done 5000 mls in last 10 years. br>Probably the best car You will ever buy !!
The car drives as new. even suspension feels like driving a new SE !
3 previous ownersTotally straight car and all panel gaps perfect. 1 light scratch about 4in in one rear door. not very noticeable. might almost polish out. otherwise excellent bodywork and paintwork. not even any stone chips in the bonnet. nbsp;
Solid as a rock and never been welded underneath.
Just changed the front wheel and looked at the jacking point which is often rotten on this model. still looks as its new on this genuine 48000 mls car !!!

Not so good points:
Front passenger seat bottom bolster has rip but bought same colour already in superb condition. just needs changing.  
Minor bubbling in rear bumper chrome. Front bumper still looks like new !!1 rear speaker pod on top of parcel shelf has a long crack in it. There are 2 tiny pin sized holes in drivers seat bottom . about 2mm diameter. only noticed them after owning the car already for a week. the passenger seats. door trim. wood trim on dashboard and doors. and headlining are in excellent condition. Central locking works but 1 or sometimes both rear doors need unlocking manually sometimes. as car is not getting used regularly. will probably improve with regular use.

Engine is very quiet as you would expect for this super low mls and gearbox performs fantastic. like on a new car !!

Superb built Quality. Was the price of an average house in England in 1990 and there was a reason for that !!!Not the cheap built rubbish which Mercedes is fabricating nowadays which breaks down 2 times a year !
No Leather but much more user friendly as the cloth is not getting hot in the summer or ice cold in the winter. plus Leather tends to change the colour and looks terrible if it gets moist in the winter. had a BMW once and had to pay £1000 to get all the Leather reconnolised due to mould destroying the Leather finish in the winter storage. while cloth seats just need a clean with upholstery cleaner or steam clean if they get mouldy.
The 300SE just had new Mot with 0 advisories. 3 tyres have been replaced since pictures been taken. and the Mercedes had new brake pads front and rear for MOT.

The Philips radio cassette with Equalizer. electric sunroof and all 4 electric Windows work. as does the electric passenger mirror. heater and heater blower in each position.
Underneath car is rock solid. not even a single advisory on the new MOT ! !
Amazingly despite age of 26 years the suspension still feels like driving an almost new modern car and goes over speed humps better than most modern cars !!!Excellent Brakes and Steering is very precise too.
Car comes with original Mercedes tool kit with spanners and screw driver. wheel brace. Spark plug removal tool etc. all in excellent condition. and original flat faced spare wheel in good condition.
An original Mercedes watch will also come with the car.
Will surely in a few years be worth £10. 00 with this mileage but running out of space to store it hence the sale.
