1965 Shelby Superformance MKIII

Thanks for viewing my listing. I can ship this vehicle anywhere in the US at a low cost. You're about to be exposed to a new car buying experience. I'm a full time executive in the automotive industry that has always been a car fanatic. Prior to this venture. I was the guy friends and acquaintances would call when anything auto related came up. I'm licensed. insured and bonded just like the rest of the dealers but you get to deal with me. the owner. through the entire process. I always wanted one of these and have enjoyed the time I have had. I had a full inspection done on the vehicle prior to purchase which is available.
This is a one owner 5 speed 1965 titled Shelby Cobra Replica #1777 - Royal Blue/White stripe with 351/392cc built by Superformance in 2012 at a cost of nearly $85. 00. It's in great shape and sounds amazing with a strong engine and clutch. Vin SP01777.

"Superformance Chassis' are the only Cobra replica's on the market that are Shelby Licensed products" (This is important and critical to know as an aftermarket Cobra Buyer). According to Carroll Shelby "Fact is. soon as it's less than a real Cobra. not built by me. it's counterfeit. There's an exception when it comes to Jimmy Price and Lance Stander from Superformance International. Superformance International makes replica Cobra in South Africa and calls the two-seat roadster they build the MKIII. It's still not a true Shelby. but I've endorsed and licensed the car for being as close to correct and well-built as possible. I can't say the same for others. "

Buyer's Inspection: We do our best to disclose all information known about this vehicle for auction. We welcome a Buyer's Inspection. If you plan to have a Buyer's Inspection. please make sure you have the vehicle inspected prior to the end of the auction. Inspection fees. if any. are the "Buyer's" sole responsibility.
Warranty: Unless stated otherwise. this vehicle is being sold "as is". Manufacturer's warranties may still apply. An extended warranty may also be available. Please contact us for details. No representations or warranties are made by the "Seller". nor are any representations or warranties relied upon by "Bidders" in making bids.
Payments: A deposit of $500. 00 by credit card (non-refundable) must be paid within 3 hours of the close of the Auction. When the deposit has been submitted. "Buyer" MUST fax a copy of their valid. state-issued driver's license and insurance card along with a signed buyers order. The remaining balance must be paid within 3 days. Texas is a title holding state and can take up to 21  business days to release a title.
Taxes and Fees: "Buyer" is responsible not only for knowing their own states' laws regarding taxes and fees. but also remitting the proper taxes. fees. and documents for their state. All taxes and fees must be paid in full in order for the vehicle to be titled and registered. All sales will be subject to pay a $295. 00 Administration fee. and V. I. T. (Vehicle Inventory Tax) which is 0. 002242. Texas buyers must pay 6. 25% sales tax plus applicable Texas fees. Out-of-state buyers are responsible for their own taxes. registration. State inspection fees in their own states.  
Standard Equipment: In some cases. the standard equipment listed on the advertisement of a pre-owned vehicle may not be accurate. Buyer should contact True Motors to confirm that the standard equipment listed on the advertisement is accurate.
Finalizing Your Purchase: Winning bidder MUST communicate with us by e-mail or phone within 3 hours of the end of the auction to make arrangements to complete the transaction. If we cannot confirm your intention to buy or the sale is not completed within 3 days. we reserve the right to re-list this vehicle or sell to any other qualified buyer. Before the vehicle is released for shipment to the "Buyer". all sale-related and title-related paperwork must be signed and returned completed to the "Seller".
Shipping and Delivery: All shipping charges are the "Buyer's" responsibility. We will help with shipping arrangements but will not be responsible in any way for claims arising from shipping damage! Licensed "Carriers" are generally insured for $500. 00. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after the vehicle leaves our showroom. All shipping arrangements provided by us are strictly a courtesy. We are not affiliated with any carrier. Any claims or other communication regarding shipment of vehicles will be between you and the "Carrier" and not with us. The amount of time it takes for delivery depends upon the "Carrier" selected.
