 Up for auction is a beautiful 1956 Mercury Monterey 2 door hardtop.   This car has the original 312 motor that was overhauled in December of 2011 and has less than 3. 00 miles on it since then. it is mated to a 3 speed Merc-O-Matic automatic transmission that shifts flawlessly.   There is over $10. 00 worth of receipts since 2010 with this car. and over $42. 00 total invested. including new wheels and tires. a complete engine overhaul. all the chrome accessories for the engine. aluminum radiator. the list goes on.   This is a very nice car that runs and drives perfectly. there is absolutely nothing wrong with it. It has won a trophy at every show it has been in. and the trophies may even be available with the purchase of the car.   Look over the pictures and you will see how nice this thing is. both the exterior and the interior are in great shape!  Car has 2 600 cfm edelbrock carbs sitting on an edelbrock intake. power steering and power brakes. all instruments in the dash work as they should.
