This auction is for a 1936 Hudson Terraplane two door sedan that I got when I bought another car and a bunch of parts I needed for a car that I an building. HERE ARE SOME FACTS I KNOW ABOUT THIS CAR THAT I GOT FROM THE HUDSON CLUB MEMBER WHO LOOKED IT OVER FOR ME.

1 THERE IS NO TITLE FOR THIS CAR I NEVER GOT ONE WITH THE CAR AND EBAY DOSE NOT HAVE A PLACE TO TELL THIS.

2 THIS CAR DOSE RUN BUT THE CLUTCH PEDAL WAS REMOVED FOR WORK THAT  WAS BEING DONE BEFORE I GOT THE CAR.

3 FOR SOME REASON THE STEERING WAS NOT HOOKED UP WHEN I GOT THE CAR SO I DO NOT KNOW IF THE STEERING BOX IS GOOD OR NOT.

4 I WAS TOLD BY MY FRIEND THAT THE PERSON THAT HAD THE CAR BEFOR ME DID SOME PATCH WORK ON THE FLOORS AND FENDERS AND HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT THIS IS A VERY BUILDABLE CAR FOR A STREET ROD OR TO RESTORE HE RUNS A CUSTOM METAL SHOP THAT IS WHY I ASKED HIM TO LOOK THE CAR OVER.

5 LOOK AT THE PICTURES AND ASK QUISTIONS BEFOR BIDDING.

6 YOU ARE BUYING THIS CAR AS IS WERE IS NO REFUNDS.

7 THIS CAR IS LOCATED IN ONTARIO CALIFORNIA AND BUYER MUST PAY A $500. 00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AT THE END OF THE AUCTION AND PAY THE REST IN CASH WHEN THE CAR GETS PICKED UP.

8 THE BUYER HAS SEVEN DAYS TO BAY THE BALANCE IN CASH AND PICK UP THE CAR FROM FRON THE END OF THE AUCTION.

9 IF YOU HAVE "ZERO" FEEDBACK YOU MUST CONTACT NE PRIOR TO PLACING A BID OR IT WILL BE REMOVED AND YOU WILL BE BLOCKED FROM MY AUCTION.
