Thank you for viewing my classic mini.

Let me start by saying it has had no expense spared during my time as ownership. to the extent where i don't even know where to begin!

It is a 1990 Rover Studio 2 mini. It has a hearty 998CC engine. which has been mated to a full Maniflow manifold. and a small bore RC40 exhaust system. It has a water cooled inlet manifold. and a HS4 carburettor with the correct needle inside. The fuelling and timing has been turned to match the engine. Sounds fantastic. and for a 998. pulls like a train.
But. to make sure it stops. I have put front 8. 4' drilled and grooved racing disk and calipers with EBC green stuff pads on the front. and had the rear drums rebuilt. IF you decided to step on the stop pedal. you know about it. And on top of that. to make sure the stop and go gets to the tarmac. It has the original mini sport pack mini light wheels. and on those wheels it has two Yokohama A539 tyres ( the best money can buy) on the front. where it matters. and nankang's on the rear. It drives straight and true. no tram lining left/right like other mini's I've driven.

Going inside. it has black leather cobra mini bucket seats with white piping and sliders in the front. and a matching black bench seat with white piping in the back. It has 6X9 speakers sealed into a fibreglass parcel shelf ( being sealed improves the sound) It also has a 2 clock walnut dash. with the front vents blanked off. and in the place they would come through the dash. i have special FLI 3' speakers. Combined with the rear. the cars sound system is rather good! In the centre of the dash there is a JCV headhunt. and above that. a racing push start system. It looks and feels like the muts nuts every time you go to start it. It also has a simple drop bracket on the wheel. this makes it more in front of you. and feel less like you're driving a truck.
Underneath is solid. I have had both inner and outer sills replaced. and welding on the front bulkhead. I have had all subframe mounts and engine mounts replaced. It has recently had a full set of ball joints. and knuckle joints. it has Gaz adjustable shocks on the front. and replaced only last week. the rear put back to standard and rebuilt!

It has 11 1/2 months mot. as i have just put it through. Tax is. unfortunately. non transferable due to new laws.

It is a real head turner. i get compliments daily when driving and the grin factor is through the roof!

The paintwork is generally in good condition. but there is some paint flaking off the sportspack wheel arches. and there are a few rust bubbles on the bottom of the doors . but it is 27 years old!

Any test drive is welcome ( with insurance / cash in hand) and I'm happy to take people out in it too.

As you can see I have attached a copy of the spreadsheet. and 75% of the documented work I have the receipts for! However. Paul Higgs. a renowned specialist who has carried out all of the work will vouch for what has been done.

Photos of interior to follow soon.

Any questions. please ask. chances are its been done at some point!
