A recent US import. 1974 Triumph TR6


Overall a good solid base car to either restore or just get in and use! having driven this car its very good. pulls well gears and clutch good and working overdrive. silky smooth 6 cyl engine with a great soundtrack.

The mileage shows 47k although I cannot back this up. I would say that it is genuine. no excess wear on car. just a bit tired in places. along with sun damage. interior could do with a tiding up as could dash. hood OK but again a bit tired. this is typical of dry state import cars. on the plus side rides on a new set of dunlop tyres on deep dish wheels. the chassis and body are good. has had a respray in the last 41 years not the best of jobs but presentable. fiberglass front wings fitted for some reason though look OK. personally I would fit steel ones.

In summary this is a car that can be improved on. great fun to use and prices are still climbing.

As we all know the pound has dropped over the past few weeks. which makes this an even better deal as the shipping is calculated in dollars too. No stupid offers go and find one yourself!
