1972 Dodge Challenger, Black on Black with 340 Cubic inch V8 and automatic

Classic American car sales are bringing this lovely factory 340 V8 Slapstick automatic Black 1972 Dodge Challenger
Just passed MOT

Car was purchased in Charlotte North Carolina USA in April. It was brought over to the UK and put into Tom Newmans American Auto repair shop in Mersea Essex. He performed £2300 in work to prepare the car for MOT. Mostly renewing suspension and brake bits to make the car safe and reliable.  

The car is rock solid. The boot area. notorious for rust in these cars is pristine. No rust at all
Brand new Rally style wheels have just been installed 
Car is equipped with a 340 V8 and a Slap shift automatic which are factory correct
Car is a factory black car 
Excellent tread on tyres
Interior is in excellent original condition and appears to confirm current mileage of 51k is correct
Centre console in very nice shape as is back seat. dash area. carpet and door panels
Doors which usually sag on high mileage cars do not drop at all when opened and shut lovely 
All chrome looks clean and in nice shape again seeming to confirm the 51k original mile claim of the seller. Rear bumper has two spots of rust by mount bolts underneath 
Body is straight and clean. Vinyl roof is clean with no rust peeking out of the edges like on most cars fitted with these roofs
Dual exhaust sounds incredible with a throaty burble 
Two lifts on site for any inspection and had an MOT. It will be sold registered with V5 and American style 12x6 number plates 
Some dash clocks are not working. I have not dug into this yet as to be honest I am not familiar with Dodge dashes and don't want to break anything. I will import any parts you purchase in the states to repair these yourself at no charge. So to be clear. If you need some bits to repair the dash clocks that are only sold in the states. you purchase them and I will import them at no charge to you and mail them to you.
