Seller's notes: This van has been rebuilt from scratch. It has a fully recoed 850 motor but l can supply an 1100 motor which has done 8200 Km,s since a full rebuild. Nothing has been left to replace as l wanted a car that you can hop into and take anywhere with the knowing it will get you home with no problems. There are many cars out there that are supposedly rebuilt BUT THIS IS A FULL REBUILD from the ground up. All brake parts, suspension, drive train, electrical, tyres and interior have been renewed as well. Full list below

This is not " l have replaced a few parts " rebuild. The van was fully stripped and rebuilt. The 850 motor was rebored 40 thou with the head machined. new valves and upgraded to unleaded fuel. For those who feel the 850 is a bit slow it comes with a spare 1100 motor which was fully rebuilt 8200 Km. ago. The 1100 was taken out off my other Mini and is free standing but l can fit it to the van for an extra $600 and you still get a spare 850 for a paper weight.  
ENGINES: 850   motor fully rebuilt. 40 thou over. new oil & water pumps. carby rebuild kit and gearbox recoed. head shaved & new valves. choke. speedo & accelorator cables
                  1100 motor. rebored 60 thou over. double timing chain. new oil and water pumps. Camtech 621 cam. head recoed to cooper specs. fly wheel shaved. set up for unleaded petrol. welsh plugs replaced & all gaskets replaced. Gearbox. on both are fully recoed with new clutches. bearings and pressure plates. New tin can master cylinder. slave cylinder & hose on van
STEERING: New steering rack & track rod ends
DRIVE SHAFTS: New CV joints & uni joints
BRAKES: New tin can master & slave cylinders all round. brake shoes. prings & hoses
SUSPENSION : New shockers. nuckle joints. upper & lower ball joints. bump stops. radius arm kits. wheel bearings. lower & upper arm bearings & bushes. ie rod ends. sub frame bushes & pads
ELECTRICAL: New wiring loom. fuel sender. indicator switch. ignition switch
WINDOWS: New windscreen. side & rear window rubbers. complete new set of door window rubbers & seals including 3/4 vent window
INTERIOR: Seats. door panels re-upholstered. new carpet & dash panels. new seat belts
TYRES: New 145 x 10 tyres
If you have read all the above you will realise this van is the closest you will get to a brand new vehicle.  
The 850 is fitted to the van and runs well but obviously if you want a bit more power the 1100 motor will do that. The van as is is for sale at $13. 500. 00 and with the 1100 motor  $15. 00. 00. plus $600. 00 to fit it if required. If your interested in the 1100 motor and/or fitting let me know
