Seller's notes: The Chassis is in excellent condition with just a few signs of surface rust, the all important outriggers are good with surface rust on the leading edge.The paintwork is good. The interior is as original as I can get it, with both front and rear seat being replaced with original coloured seats.

The TVR FHC 2 Plus 2 is a very rare car. there are only 47 of these vehicles ever made. and when they were first created by TVR.

I have here number 7 of only 47 Fixed Head Coupe cars with rear seats ever made. with this one being in very good condition. and over the last 3 1/2 years I have endeavoured to put it back to how it came out of the factory by sourcing and fitting the original Blue coloured velour and leatherette interior and rear seats. including recovering the doorcards in blue velour and recovering most of the old vynil ( I have a roll of Vynil that will also go with the car if you wish to change any of the bits still covered in velour)     the carpets have also been replaced.


The stage 3 heads have also been converted to run on unleaded fuel giving even more driveability to the car ( http://www. burtonpower. com/parts-by-category/engine-components/cyl-heads-valve-parts/burton-cylinder-heads-stage-3-2-8-unleaded-pch102un. html ) and the car really does pull well.

The 15" TVR OZ Split rim alloys are not original to this model (off of a SEAC) but really compliment the car giving it a mean stance and improving handling immensly. the tyres are all good (I also have the original 14" dished alloys available although not included in this price. ) and Im happy to negotiate on price if you do not wish to have the rare OZ splits rims. and can put on a set of 16" alloys to allow you to drive the car away.

The big question for anyone looking to buy a Wedge. or any other TVR for that matter is CHASSIS CONDITION. and on this early car TVR decided to outsource the coatings for the chassis. meaning that as it is one of the grey coloured chassis' it is in very good. if not excellent condition. but please come and inspect before making an offer. you wont be disappointed.

If you wish to drive the car before buying then please bring the full asking price of 4k in cash and provide the correct insurance details.

The car is currently SORN'd

The car is also MOTd until september.
