CITREON 2 CV SPECIAL STRETCHED LIMOUSINE!!

This is a once in a life time opportunity to own a one off car!

This started out as a standard 2 CV Dolly and was then converted to a six seater stretch using a custom built chassis.

The car took approx six months to build. everything used was of the highest quality with a custom galvanised chassis built by 2 CV City and many new or refurbished parts.

BODYWORK

Starting with a sound rust free body. we cut it in half and mounted it to the chassis then built up the new middle section using panels from a donor car.
All the bright work was replace with new chromed parts (Bumpers. headlight cups. etc)
A new custom made soft top roof (which runs the length of the car) was made by Matt's Soft tops and fitted.
Lastly all was finished off in striking Black and Cream

ENGINE

The Engine was removed and sent to be rebuilt by Bill Carr Engineering (Shrewsbury)
This was then fitted along with new auxiliaries

 Suspension

To cope with the added strain of the extra weight in the chassis. body and interior the suspension was updated to Van spec parts which are vastly more substantial than the standard fair

Interior

Obviously a standard interior wouldn't cut it in a custom made car as good as this. so the dash was cleaned up and tidied
The seats were replace with 6 Mini reclining cloth seats with head rests
Door trims were custom trimmed along with the B. and D pillars
A custom made centre console was made which also houses the CD player and is trimmed to match the door cards
In the boot are a set of two large speakers
All 6 seats are fitted with seat belts

This really was a labour of love to build and has provided the family with many great days and weekends away at 2CV GB events where the car always managed to draw a crowd

Unfortunately I am no longer able to spend time just enjoying the car like I used to so the car is up for sale as I would rather see someone else enjoy the car than see it go to waste and ruin sitting around.

Any inspection welcome and I would recommend you come view the car before bidding

Cash on collection only. buyer must make contact with me within 24 hrs of the end of the auction to arrange collection which must be within 7 days of the end of the auction.

I will put a new MOT on the car prior to it being collected along and will pay to tax it (it is currently SORN so can not tax)
