The classic Volkswagen Beetle is probably one of the most
recognised cars in the world; however. in 1994. Volkswagen produced
a design to bring the Beetle into the modern era. A retro themed
concept was first shown at the North American Auto Show in 1994 and
a further developed car appeared at the Tokyo Motor Show in 1995.
The concept was so well received that Volkswagen developed the car
for production and released the car in 1997 based on the Volkswagen
Golf platform.

Faithfully remodelled. the Beetle's famously bulbous panels
adapted beautifully to the modern interpretation. With original
Beetles highly sought after by collectors. this model presents
astonishing value for a thoroughly practical modern driving car
with immense character. If ever there was one to cherish while
prices remain attractive. this is it. Purchased new as a birthday
present for the first and only owner. the mileage reading is still
only just over 21. 00. The original VW dealer folder is brimming
with paperwork starting with the original order and purchase
invoice. stamped service book. MOT's. invoices and past tax discs
etc. A letter from the owner is also included confirming that this
Beetle has never been repaired or painted and that the mileage is
genuine.

This five speed manual model has the desirable electric hood
option. as opposed to the manual version that was also offered.
Power steering. an in-built CD player and the original dashboard
flower also feature. As to be expected. the totally original silver
paintwork and charcoal fleck interior is lovely. the black electric
folding roof works well whilst the protective cover remains in
pristine condition. This low mileage Volkswagen Beetle is in
exceptional condition and offered with a very attractive
estimate.
