Here is my CJ2A for your consideration. I built the body. painted it myself too and yes it has stone chips and some scratches from being used. The interior is coated with diy bedliner and the bottom side with POR15. wheelwells were done in diy bedliner also to prevent star bursts in the paint on the top side. Front clip. windshield frame and tail gate are MD Juan parts. There is a few waves in the body sides so you know. the originals weren't perfect and neither is this. it's all steel. The roof. doors and rear hatch are early '50s Kelly Iron Works pieces. All are rust free. they were in storage for many years before i bought it. I used the original glass which looks to be dated 1952(?). they do have a few scratches in them from over the years. I sourced new rubber for the window seals and new channels for the door glass. The door windows roll up and down fine and the locks work great. yes i have the keys for them so the interior can be secured. I also painted the roof and it's components in pure white myself. Both the body and roof could likely be wet sanded if you wish. I built the Jeep to be a driver. although some beg to differ. Autometer gauges are used in the stock sized holes in the dash. I restored an original Harrison heater unit. had a new core made and installed a late model Honda Accord blower motor with squirrel cage. it blows alot more heat out than it ever did before. I still utilize the foot starter switch. Yes you still sit on the gas tank too and it does have repop side steps. A new Painless wiring harness was installed. i used mostly GM style terminals and connectors throughout the Jeep and GM weather pack connectors in areas that could get wet.

The engine was a brand new Chevy crate 350 290 horsepower a year ago. I've put around 2500 miles on the engine since i installed it last summer. I replaced the camshaft with a Howard's Racing Cams roller unit. it's pretty mild but still makes a good rumble out the single 3" exhaust with a Raven muffler. I had a custom 2. 5" cross over pipe made. There is no room for duals. besides i wanted the exhaust to come out in the stock location. Exhaust manifolds are new repop 'Vette 2. 5" outlet Ramhorns.  Roller tip rocker arms by Comp Cams. The Edelbrock dual quad intake and dual 500cfm carbs were brand new last year with progressive linkage. Choke is manual.  Chrome alternator is a 100amp output. 3 wire GM style. Ignition is a Delco points type distributor updated with a Pertronix kit. 40. 00V coil and hi po plug wires that look like stock GM pieces. The engine runs very well. no odd noises. just gets up and goes like a bat outta. and yet is capable of over 18mpg! I installed a brand new aluminum Griffin rad this spring. An 11" clutch is mated to a mid '60s SM420 4 speed tranny from a Chevy p/u. The rear axle is a '78 AMC20 unit that came out of a CJ5 Jeep. it has 3:07 gears and i installed one piece axle shafts. The front axle is a '79 Postal Jeep (2 wd) and it does have the big 11" drum brakes also.  Suspension was completely rebuilt.  Brake system is a manual dual system.

There is a PTO unit on the back and yes it is hooked up to the SM420 tranny. The frame in this Jeep is an early CJ3A unit. it's in great condition.

When first built it did have a soft top on it. i sold it and installed the hard top. The holes from the button snaps are still in the body and some do show. i filled them with paint to more or less blend them. The dual Unity spotlights both work.

*The hand held spotlight in the right rear corner of the Jeep does NOT come with the Jeep. *

I'm still driving the Jeep on nice days only so the mileage will go up. The speedometer was replaced when i rebuilt the Jeep. the mileage was at zero at that time 10 years ago. It is insured and licensed right now in my name.

I'm selling this Jeep as is where is. It is for sale locally and i will end this sale on eBay if it sells here.
