Car location: Sandy Hook, Manitoba, Canada

Seller's notes: No dents on the body, nice paint with a small touch up along the hood center line on the drivers side, not a real standout, a couple of other small dabs on the body but really have to look hard to find them. Nice stainless on sides of car,and the belt line around window areas. rechromed bumper guards front and rear with rear center bar also rechromed. Bumpers front& rear decent. Front grille decent with some pitting around park light areas.Bit of pitting on door handles, rear tailights, trunk emblem but overall chrome has a very nice appearance.A slight clunk when shifting into reverse but I'm told this is a trait of these powerglide vehicles. Bit of drive train noise in these older vehicles but drives along nicely in town and on the highway. The scuff plates on the door sills could be replaced sometime but are quite acceptabe as they are. Nice new interior, with firm seats and all gauges and windows work well.Exterior paint nice and shiney.

This is a very nice 1953 Chevrolet Belair 4 dr. Sedan. It has a 235 6 cyl with 82190 ( as far as I know ) actual miles. I am according to the information I was given on purchase of the vehicle. the fourth owner of the car. It is a rear wheel drive with a 2 speed powerglide automatic transmission. The vehicle is in almost all original condition with the exception of being changed over to a 12 volt system ( better starting and lighting ) and also the trunk area being panelled and carpeted. Vehicle is an awesome starter. runs and drives nicely. Slight clunk when shifting into reverse. I'm told this is a trait of these vehicles with the powerglide automatics. No dents on the vehicle and paint condition is very nice with a small touch up on the hood along the center line. on the drivers side. not a stand out. A couple of other paint dabs on the body but you really have to look hard to find them. The side stainless trim on the body is very nice as well as the belt trim moldings around the windows. The bumper guards front and rear have been rechromed along with the rear center bar. Front and rear bumpers are decent with no dents. The front grille is decent with some visible pitting around the park light areas but looks very acceptable overall. There are some pitting spots on the chrome door handles and rear tailights as well as the trunk emblem. but they are all very acceptable in appearance. There is no rust on the body or fender wells with the exception of a few bubbles under the paint below the trunk lid opening at the rear. All new interior supplied by Ciadella Interiors of Arizona. All new window channels and felts along with new vent window rubber. All door weather stripping replaced as well as the trunk lid area. Undercarriage had been undercoated  when I purchased the car all floor and trunk floors very solid. New exhaust and Coker bias ply wide whitewalls were on the car as well at purchase. Many new parts on the car. m/Fm Autosound radio. ew side mirrors. leenex dispenser. tarter. 2 volt alternator. water pump. coil. points. lugs. dist cap. plug wires. Valves were redone and new solid lifters and push rods supplied by Patricks of Casa Grande. Arizona. Brake drums were re-faced and new pads replaced all round. Steering and all linkage in good condition. Factory tinted windows throughout. All lights and gauges work well with factoty turn signals. Clock even works. New horn ring on steering wheel. oud horns for safety. Car steers very easily with the lager steering wheel of that era. Car has always been kept in the garage and only driven to car shows and occassionally to the small town near us. The car has just passed a recent government road safety inspection. I have only driven the car just over 4000 miles since I purchased it. The mileage is recorded on the first government road safety I had to have done when I purchased the car and is also recorded on the one now required for me to sell the car. All bills and safety records will be supplied with the sale along with repair manuals and touch up paint I have. The documentation I have on ownerships of the vehicle will also be included. The car is a real head turner and always attracts a lot of lookers and picture takers where ever it is located. A beautiful collector car or would be excellent for a wedding car business or a photographer.
