All original. lady driven and pampered in the  last 3 years. very well maintained. never raced or tracked. in beautiful condition inside out as you will see in the following pictures. Comes with desirable hard and soft top convertible options. fresh tires. new battery. no noticeable flaws I could locate. just in gorgeous condition and certainly garage kept since first owner according to the paint quality. Very well optioned. I did not notice any blemish on the wheels (scuffs) either so this is a very desirable copy of this legendary and very sought after car. PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment terms will be discussed with winner bidder (bank wire is the fastest and easiest option). Of course. serious bidders only. Full payment before shipping the vehicle or before to drive it back home. The vehicle is not mine. I am listing it for a private  party.

All sales are FINAL. You can come over and inspect the car if you wish though. we have a local airport (YQB) and I can pick you up.   We sold 100+ cars on eBay now and it has been a smooth  ride.   I can give references.

CUSTOMS AND  OTHER FEES INVOLVED

FOR USA BUYERS. a 2065$US fee applies for US  broker. duty and customs bond if you get it shipped to your doorstep. If you  pick it up. no broker nor bond involved but still the 1540$US duty to pay at border when you fill the paperwork with customs agent. I AM ALSO WAITING FOR LOTUS NORTH AMERICA TO GET BACK WITH ME about a compliance letter and a price to get the speedometer changed into MPH which will most likely be required if you want to register it in USA.

FOR CANADIAN BUYERS. there are no fees involved other than shipping and your provincial sales tax.

OTHER COUNTRIES BUYERS. please check with your local customs and motor vehicle bureau for the fees involved at your end. I can get a couple rates to take it to your preferred sea port including export paperwork.

SHIPPING TERMS

Shipping that kind of vehicle from Quebec city (Canada) to New York State is about 1100$. to Florida 2000$. to Texas. about 2250$ and to California. about  2800$. If you have a carrier on your own. we can work that out too.   

You can trailer it back  home easily. You can also trailer or drive it back home if you want but you will need proper insurance  coverage and an in transit permit from your State or you get one from Quebec DMV but will need to pay a sales tax (9. 975%) and claim it back afterwards. You need a passport to get back into the USA for both scenarios.
