Ford : F-350 Lariat

Hi All. br>We have our Black 2008 Ford F350 Crew Cab Lariat SRW 6. 5 box pick up up for sale. This truck really shines when cleaned up gets compliments where ever it goes. Rigorously maintained with all ford parts and Amsoil synthetic oil. This truck was purchased in Orlando Florida and brought to Canada where we live in early 2010 from an off-lease return. Never smoked in. carpet and interior panels are perfect. all window glass is perfect and without scratches or chips. This is a well kept truck with no known issues. everything works as it should. No body rust whatsoever!. very minimal frame rust.  
Had its annual mechanical inspection (March 2015) and Emissions test (January 2015) .  
Comes with 3 keys. 2 remotes and 2 keys for the Locking Tonneau cover.  
All but one pictures were taken the weekend of listing. its below freezing here and minimal clean up has been done.  Truck will be cleaned and detailed for the purchaser.
Truck has never seen off road. heavy towing/ plowing or other high wear related driving. No known accidents or collisions.
Inspection is welcome for buyers knowledge. bring or send your mechanic or appraiser. we will make the truck available for inspection at the buyers convenience. All recalls have been performed. Tasteful aftermarket parts have been added to the truck. We have all of the factory parts except factory radio and will be included in the sale so you can return to absolute factory stock if you wish. All factory parts will boxed and put in back of pick up under locking cover and tailgate.

Known Conditions
All pictures are current.
Interior is in mint shape. still has carpet plastic protection sheets from dealer applied.
I have included 2 pictures with a 1/4" and 1/8" puncture marks on seat (not torn or ripped) very very minimal.
A few small dings on body (no loss of paint or scratches). tried to take pictures but don't show up.
Steering wheel has normal wear marks appropriate to the age and use of truck
Paint wear from fuel cap below Fuel Door (again minimal and probably can be buffed out)
Rear bumper on right had been bent at some point (before we bought it) and returned to original shape (has small rip below sight line).
Truck will be cleaned and detailed for purchaser before they pick it up. Currently being driven so mileage will be higher than advertised but only marginally. Truck will be taken off the road as soon as payment has been verified with mileage given to new owner.
Purchaser is responsible for pick-up/ delivery of vehicle. we will assist where we can and within reason. provide all documention we have to help facilitate the sale.
