Ford : Mustang Fastback

(clone) This is a fresh 15 restoration with 0 miles on it. This car started life as a 390 GTA fastback that was stripped down to the bodyshell and rebuilt over a long period of time with a high attention to detail. The floors and quarters replaced as well as the fender aprons and one front fender. doors are good originals. the floors. torque box. frame rails and trunk are perfect and painted in high quality black epoxy (not undercoated) . Everything on this car has been either new. rebuilt. polished. replaced or repainted. The paint on this car is outstanding with the Shelby stripes cleared in with virtually no ridges. We used a high quality Tony Branda Shelby Kit. It has vintage (circa 1968?) ET torque thrust type mags and brand new BFG'S. It has disc brakes in the front. I just finished up the last of the details about a month ago (wheel alignment. Alberta out of province inspection. PCV ect ect) little things mostly. The engine was rebuilt by previous owner about 8000 miles ago (it spent some time in a Torino) and is an orginal 1967 Mustang 390. everything else is new/rebuilt with 0 miles. Its got some good internals but unfortunatly he didnt provide me a list. however it has lots of snort and runs excellent. Transmission. front end. brakes ect were all redone. Original wiring harness was gone through and repaired. Front seat covers. carpet. headliner. the big fiberglass panels in the rear and the fold down carpet and trim are all new. This is a ground shaking. no nonsense. serious car that commands attention and respect.  Is not perfect though. the console is a little tired looking. it has a chip in the paint on the drivers rocker. the previous owner used funny looking blue brake lines (new metal ones are available & easy to install). no rollbar or Shelby fender apron plate and there are some minor glass scratches.
