a stunning 1975 Peugeot 304s Cabriolet only 1500 miles covered in 17 years

An extremely rare opportunity to buy a beautiful 1975 Peugeout 304 Cabriolet in stunning condition. Offered in the most attractive paint colour. metallic silver. with a contrasting tan leather trim and black double duck hood. I have MOT certificates and TAX discs incredibly going back nearly 20 years in which the mileage has only increased 1510 miles! This car is like new and drives like it too! The car is owned by a lady friend of mine and she has recently spent in excess of £1000. 00 having the fuel system overhauled ensuring the car runs beautifully.

Manufactured in 1975. chassis number 3715893. engine number 371893. the 304 Peugeot Cabriolet was in production for only 5 years. 1970-1975 and is powered by the later and more desirable 1288cc engine linked to a 4 speed manual gearbox. Few were manufactured and it is believed that this little car is only one of 40 remaining in the UK today. A true investment.

History

This car came originally from a Somerset Peugeot dealer. Gliddon Garage. Wilton. The first keeper kept the car until 1981 when it was then bought by the Peugeot garage owner. Mr B Gliddon. Mr Gliddon kept it until earlier this year when it was purchased by the current owner at a specialist vehicle auction. Sadly. the current owner. Mrs Murdoch. of Branksome Park. Poole. Dorset simply does not have the time necessary to both drive and cherish this little car so has reluctantly decided to let it go for a new owner to enjoy.

We have photographed this car as best we can but it's not until you see it will you appreciate it's true beauty and rarity. This is a true classic and a fantastic investment as well as a lot of fun and a real head turner!

We truly consider this car to be in fantastic condition for it's age and it's difficult not to use the word ‘immaculate' but it is 37 years old and has some signs of age. The only visible blemish and it has been pictured is a small paint crack on the bonnet but does not in any way detract from its great looks.
