Where to start…

I am French. I am pretty sure you will find many mistakes in my description…Just want to let you know. I did my best with this description ;-) If you have any questions. please don't hesitate to contact me. I know my car inside out!

No accident. no rust. all original parts beside the chrome wheels that are aftermarket. Mercedes actually never produced any chrome wheels. The paint is still very nice and shiny with some minor imperfections. Please don't forget. it's a 1987 with original paint.

I have owned this car for 11 years. I live in Montréal. Quebec. I was using the car only when the weather permitted it. Obviously we have long winters and this was a second car. nbsp;I did approximately 1000 miles every year with it to go to work.  April to October. I was trying to use it at least 1 time a week. So I think we called these daily drivers and I also think it's a good thing…because these cars need to be driven to stay healthy ;-)

I won't describe how wonderful are these car. the only reason I am selling it it's because I need the space for a new car…I live in the city and the space is pretty tight and expensive. I am actually making room for a 1963 Porsche 356 S that belonged to my late father.

I really thought I was going to keep it forever…so I did not spare any expenses for this baby…and trust me these car are very expensive to maintain. So please don't be fool by all the nice pictures you see from all the sellers over the internet…. most of them don't know the history of the car. the maintenance. the previous owners. ect…and are only there to make a quick buck!

I know EVERYTHING about my car. so I promise no bad surprises to the buyer.

This is a original car. It's never been restored in any ways. Over the years these are been a few touch up here and there so don't expect a perfect paint. You will see minor flaws …nothing big. Please take the time to view all the pictures. Most of the little imperfections can't be visible with pictures because they are so small.

Over the years. I invested more then 14. 00$ in the car. Maintenance. soft top. transmission. a/c. ect…

Here is a short list of a few things that was done on the car. I have 95% of the invoice. all maintenance from previous owners since new in 1987. all the owners name and address. ( 3 in total).

-all engine belts and rubbers have been replaced

-Transmission gaskets

-AC compressor + conversion to new standards

- 4 chromes wheels. tires

-Battery…many times ;-)

-Car cover that I will leave with the car

-Complete dash assembly. brand new OEM to replace the cracked dash. This job only cost over 3500$. Sorry I can't find the invoice for this one. I got it installed by a professional.  The dash was bought new on ebay a few years ago. I wanted to keep everything original…

-new soft top

-hood pad

-pressure valve replaced

-soft top weather strip

-Fuel accumulator

-fuel pumps

-Nice Kenwood sound system. with navigation system. Iphone  ect…over 3. 00$ Don't worry. I still have the original radio that I will leave with the car.

- All transmission seals changed 2 years ago…so no leaks here!!!

-Fuel pressure regulator

-AC dryer

-Radiator

The soft top trunk lid was painted due to some scratches a few years ago. The front left quarter was also painted a few years ago due to some scratches

The hard top is not in very good condition. the rear window is broken due to some vandalism.  I never got it repaired because I never use it. It can be replaced for 700$. I can take care of it before delivery if you want at the buyers cost.

The front and rear bumper covers are not perfect. you can see on the pictures some little bumps and scratches. They can be easily replace for about 800$. if you want it to be perfect ;-) If I would keep it. I would leave them like that. it's not a big deal.

The leather seats are showing a little worn… nothing dramatic or I would have changed them.

The AC is working well but the air vent can't be controlled anymore. The air is only coming out from the side vents (left and right) and window for defrosting. It never bother me. I tried to have it fixed in the pass but my mechanics never found the problem or how to fix it.

The car run on premium fuel. I always add a octane booster. It makes the engine runs smoother.

Beside what I declared. everything else is working perfectly on the car. There is nothing else to be disclosed. I wish the buyer could come to pick it up itself but I can always arrange delivery of the car anywhere in the USA. The car come with USA title. no need to import the car. I I still have the Illinois title in my possession. So it won't cost anything to cross the border with this one.

The car is an American version. not Canadian. cluster is in miles.

This car is not perfect but very nice. It would not take much to make it the perfect car. The car is straight and feels very good. I hope it will find a nice owner that will take good care of it.

I request a 500$ deposit. the balance must be paid with wire transfer.
