 The Porsche Speedster "Bathtub" replicas when done right are one of the funnest cars to drive at a fraction of the $350. 00 price tag of a real one.   This REPLICA Beck body has been completed very nicely and appointed with some cool features.  This is one of the most highly optioned and "no expense spared" speedsters you will find.  Complete with finished leather "Whiskey Tan" which is beautiful!  

The owner wanted this car done right and that is why at their direction that it was long board blocked. and baked several times to ensure the smoothest body finish and a glass like paint job.  It shows that the work was done on this car in so many ways.  The paint has 4 coats of vintage Glaurit Porsche Saturn Yellow. topped with 4 coats of Blasurit Clear.   Since the car was to reside at the beach. additional steps were taken to ensure the chrome trim items would stand up to the harsh salt environment.  The wheels. mirrors. horn grills. tail light bezels. headlight bezels. nbsp;turn signal bezels. hood handle and license light housing were all POWDER COATED with a special clear coat powder.  The rest of the exterior trim pieces are either polished stainless or polished aluminum.  The car comes complete with full canvas tonneau cover and convertible top cover.  It has a very nice sound system with amplifier.  Now for the cool stuff!   The motor and accessories on this car have not been spared for cost.  The motor alone was $20k per previous owner. There is also a programmable fuel management system tool that goes with it to get your peak performance!
