Up for sale is my 1984 Carrera.    Exceptionally Original California Car. California Blue License Plates . 100% Original Platinum Metallic paint. Full Chocolate Brown Leather. 88. 80  miles . All Service Records from New . Window Sticker. Owners manuals. Keys. Tool Kit and Jack.
I obtained this car from the original owner 2 years ago. Original owner purchased this car at Niello Porsche in Concord California. Complete dealer stamped service done at Niello Porsche in Concord California and then nearby at Michael Stead Porsche in Walnut Creek California. Complete service records and stamped warranty book.
Since bringing the car down to southern California I have has it serviced by Art at Arredondo Motorsports.

Beautiful Color combination. Drives great. Accelerates . cruises and stops as it should. I thought this would be a keeper but. just got another 69' 280sl. So it has to go.

Exterior-
The body is in outstanding condition. 100% Original Paint. No fading or hazing of the paint. All the gaps line up perfectly. Stone chips on the front end. some  parking lot rash and scratches  on doors and fenders but. only what you would expect. Front lower valance has nicks and some scrapes plus some minor deformation. Headlight rings each have a small dimple / dent .   Driver side rocker panel has a small dent. Battery acid discolored some paint near battery. For all the above defects see the photos.
California car all its life . No Rust.

Interior-
The interior is Full Chocolate Brown Leather. Carpets are original with the driver side showing normal wear . The dash . rear decklid / parcel shelf. door panels. and map pockets are all in excellent condition with no cracks or splits. The Dash leather has some shrinkage causing some minor waviness up near the windshield. Driver side seat Bolster and higher at shoulder level show wear. Leather wrapped steering wheel has dings and scrapes (original owner wore brace on left wrist).
All other seating surfaces look great. All gauges and switches buttons and lights work.   Original owner advised me that the A/C was inoperative and I have not tried to use it.

Engine and Transmission-
88K Miles . Engine has never had major repairs. Just always had good care by owner  and regular service by good mechanics. Engine starts right up on the first try . Idles smoothly and accelerates as advertised. This car does not leak oil.  
The transmission shifts seamlessly through all the gears with no slipping or grinding . There are no strange noises or vibrations from the engine or the drive train. All you hear is the fine sound of the flat six. There are no squeaks. nbsp; rattles or other mystery sounds.

Clean title in hand with no liens.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle . asked any questions they might have about the vehicle. and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement  solely.
$500 NON Refundable deposit is due via PayPal within 24 hours after end of auction and winning bidder must contact me within 72 hours to arrange payment.
Balance ( Certified Bank / Cashiers Check or Wire Transfer) is due within 7 days after the end of the auction. No exceptions.
All financial transactions must be completed before vehicle delivery.

I do not arrange shipping but. will cooperate to the best of my ability with any shipper you arrange transport with.
