A spectacular Park Ward Derby Bentley Cabriolet with over £35. 00 in recent bills to put the car in tip top condition. The body is a Park Ward Cabriolet.

The car is finished in a two tone sage & smoke green two tone combination; a colour scheme that suits the car admirably. the paint being of recent origin & in excellent condition. To the interior is pale green hide to the front & rear with grey carpets bound in matching green leather. The door cards are also green hide & carry on the pleat theme from the seats. The burr Walnut dash & cappings have all been removed & refinished to a very high standard. The hood is of brown mohair. A beautiful brown leather hood cover has been fabricated at considerable expense to button down over the hood when it is lowered.

The list of works completed is far too long to write in detail. Suffice to say it is comprehensive & absolutely everything needing doing has indeed been done. The rear axle has been completely rebuilt my Marques specialist Maggs vintage. At the same time a higher ratio 3. 64:1 rear axle crown wheel & pinion was manufactured to the original gleason pattern & fitted. making for very relaxed cruising at modern road speeds. All bushes & bearings were replaced at the same time.

A new exhaust system has also been fitted. The Dynamo Rewired. The window frames rechromed & attention given to the interior mechanism thereof. The steering wheel & ignition switch box re-enameled & lettering picked out in white. The headlamps stripped & the interior lenses re-silvered. New Wefco leather gaiters fitted all round. The one shot lubrication system gone through & repaired. All dashboard wiring has been replaced making all dash switches work as their maker intended. The list goes on & on. A full set of bills is available with the car mostly from Thompson Garages who meticulously performed the work.

The car is fitted with colour coded wheel discs all round & also has a painted aluminium wheel cover to the rear mounted spare; the wheels having recently had brand new tubes fitted. The boot trimmed in black carpet has an assortment of tools available in their appointed slots.

As a result the car starts instantly & the engine runs in silence. It is strong. powerful & readily keeps up with modern traffic. This is a car needing nothing & having had everything needing doing done to it. It has been used sparingly under the current ownership whilst securely stored in a Westminster underground garage.
