Up for auction is a 1971 HQ GTS Monaro Coupe (Show Car). fully restored that won second best HQ in the Monaro Nationals at Ballarat. This car does have heaps of lookers and envious on-lookers The car has got Power Steering. Air Conditioning. 8" fully restored Magnum wheels. GTS Mirrors. Tinted glass. Wheel arch trims. Bottom sill moulding. Super low king springs CD player with remote. + socket for Ipod 4 speakers. Club registered (not transferrable) Chrome sports air cleaner and tappet covers. Extractors with twin sports system (that sounds awesome). Bumper overriders. Retractable Seat Belts Twin thermo fans. New laminated tinted banded windscreen Scratch plates. Show Re-chromed Bumper Bars I am the second owner and the car has been a country car all of its life. I have know the car all of this time. It was originally orange. It was originally 4 speed. it is now T-bar Trimatic and absolutely brilliant to ride in and drive. Any inspection is welcome including a on hoist inspection before the auction ends. The transmission works very well and also the 308 is a very strong motor. You will not have to spend any money on this car as it has undergone a 12 months restoration which would have been in excess of $25 + thousand. Plus the original price of the car.
