1988 Chevrolet Corvette 35th Anniversary

As the name implies. 1988 marked the 35th anniversary of the introduction of Chevrolet's iconic sports car. To commemorate those 300 Polo White cars. GM decided to make a limited run of 35th anniversary cars with white paint. white leather interior (including the steering wheel). and white wheels. These cars are known as “Triple White” to collectors. and only 2. 50 were built. This car is #389. which is engraved in the center console.

Power comes from the tuned-port-injected L98 350 cubic inch V8. It delivers 245 horsepower and is mated to a 4-speed automatic transmission. While Corvette performance has exponentially risen in recent years. these are still fast cars capable of speeds well in excess of 150 miles per hour – more than enough to get you in trouble – and they're competent handlers on the street or the track.

On the inside. the white leather interior shows quite well. There is minor wear on the side bolsters of the multi-way power adjustable seats. but everything inside works. The Delco/Bose sound system sounds great. the AC blows cold. and with power steering. brakes. locks. windows. tilt steering. digital instruments. and more. this Corvette is fully loaded. ready to take you wherever you want to go.
