Very rare and collectable 1980 Triumph TR8 roadster in very good condition (<2800 built). I purchased the car from an elderly gentleman who kept it in his garage and drove it rarely. He said he bought the car in MO and it obviously was someone's toy and is well preserved. This TR8 has less than 50K original miles on it with no rust or damage I have found. It has a decent paint job. from 20ft. but could use a respray to be perfect. The door panels and seats covers have been replaced and show a little wear but are quite nice. The dash. glass. top with zip out window and carpet are in good shape. The car has good tires and minilite wheels. Mechincally the car starts. stops. shifts and runs great. I would not hestitate to drive it anywhere. I have had the power steering rack rebuilt. installed an Edelbrock intake and Holley carb conversion. new Petronix distributor. plugs and plug wires and replaced the starter. The electrical system is in good working order including flip headlights and driving lights. The car sounds great and has lots of power. The clock does not work and the original AC unit has been removed from the car. I have all the AC parts as well as the original intake. carbs and assorted new spare parts.
